A golden snake coils near Layla's shoulder — not as threat, but as transformation. In many traditions the snake sheds what no longer fits: old skin, old fear, old versions of self. Layla, with her dramatic bob and silver drape, embodies that same quiet shedding — someone mid-becoming. Hand-drawn in Copic marker and colored pencil, she appears across five artistic worlds.
